Toddler Thrilled His Little Jerusalem Duplos Are Now Large Enough That He Can Fit In And Waddle Along
CINCINNATI, OH — Local three-year-old Chase Clemons was overjoyed on Friday when he discovered that his beloved Jerusalem Duplos — the very bricks he’s used to recreate the epic cities from his favorite Bible stories — were magically enlarged, allowing him to crawl inside and waddle around.
This oversized, simplified city of plastic bricks is part of a bold marketing push for the Duplo Jerusalem Instituted Play Set, brought to you by everyone's favorite toy company, Duplo.
The launch of the ULJPS also celebrates Duplo’s 50th anniversary as a champion of the building blocks of life and society.
"Duplo is thrilled to present the Uh, Little Jerusalem Play Set for unique children like Chase Clemons, who dream of immersing themselves in biblical tales every day," said Duplo representative Penny Mosey, recovering from a momentary lapse into incoherence.
"Whether your child is a curious three-year-old exploring new worlds, an engaging four-year-old navigating life’s complexities, or an older five- or six-year-old tackling school adventures, exploring these realms while discovering new stories should always be part of the fun!" Duplo added.
At publishing time, Duplo announced they would host an event featuring the Uhhh Duplo, Jerusalem Play Set, including a 14-episode marathon of the beloved children's show Rug-Rows, and live performances by the newly-formed band, Crisis Ahead. You can register for the Uhhh Duplo, Jerusalem Play Set live watch at lego.com or enjoy the entire live performance in a thrilling, slide-filled experience!
