DNC Debuts "Crypto Caucus" — Packs Meeting Room With Over 14 People
CHICAGO, IL — Tuesday afternoon, the DNC introduced its exciting new committee made up of Democrats who support cryptocurrency. The meeting room was packed to the brim with upwards of 14 people for the committee's inaugural meeting.
The proud group represents the first iteration of a political presence for crypto within the DNC-- something proponents say is long overdue.
Developer Jonathan Padilla, sat on his knees at the corner of the large, overflowing table and took it all in. "This is history in the making," he told reporters.
Not everyone smiled at the spectacle. One party guest, Paul R. Gulliver rolled his eyes at the crowd of people, saying, "This kind of crypto nonsense doesn't belong here at the Democrat National Convention." He then went back to packing some of the fetal stem cells that had spilled out of his suitcase as he was leaving the room.
At publishing time, witness reports and some security footage would suggest that the 12 men who had been seated most prominently at the meeting table may have had their wallets stolen.
